The earlier note here recorded a suspected conflation between an observed-EEG-oscillation sense and a stimulus-frequency-target sense of these concepts, deferred pending a dedicated ADR. The suspicion was mistaken: a band is a Hz interval throughout — sstim-v:alpha10 and sstim-v:gamma40 sit in this same scheme and name no rhythm — and a band does not change identity by being aimed at, since it is the relation sstim:targetsFrequencyBand that makes one a target. What was missing was a term for the rhythm itself, now sstim-v:NeuralOscillationScheme. The outcome associations that used to sit in the per-band scope notes moved to those rhythms as evidence claims or as dated knowledge-status assertions where no evidence was found.
